Alila Ventana in Big Sur (United States)

Alila Ventana is an all-inclusive property resort that is near Monterey, CA. They offer luxury accommodations and unique experiences along the dramatic California coastline.

We’ve been here at least 4 times already and it’s one of our favorite hotels in the world! The cool thing about this place is that they have a pool that overviews the pacific ocean in front and a view of the forest + mountains at the back. They also have their own hiking trails and activities (some are free) within the property so you don’t need to go anywhere which is amazing!

Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort 

This hotel boasts four infinity pools over-viewing the pacific ocean. They also have a great snorkeling spot by the beach and you can rent the gear for free! If you’re just feeling lazy, they also offer complimentary chairs and umbrellas arranged for you on the beach.
